the location was fine. it was close enough to termini station, so transport was ok.

the breakfast was a joke. it was like they tried to make it as cheap as possible with powdered eggs and juice that tasted awful. i expected better for the price i paid.

I found my room very spacious with good light. The staff provided really good welcome. They immediately started phoning to check room readiness after my early arrival. The location was great as near Termini.

The hotel do not provide shampoo in the bathroom. Air conditioner wasn't able to turn off. The TV had a weak signal, made watching channels difficult.

Breakfast included many options, which related very well to the price. I found the restaurant staff helpful and accommodating. There was a nice variety of food choices.
