friendly staff large window great shower

the reception staff were friendly and helpful i found the room very clean it had a large window that opens and a great shower robes and slippers were a nice addition the rooftop terrace was a perfect place for an evening spritz

powdered eggs awful juice

the location was fine. it was close enough to termini station, so transport was ok.

the breakfast was a joke. it was like they tried to make it as cheap as possible with powdered eggs and juice that tasted awful. i expected better for the price i paid.

Excellent Rooms and Convenient Location

spacious room really good welcome great location

I found my room very spacious with good light. The staff provided really good welcome. They immediately started phoning to check room readiness after my early arrival. The location was great as near Termini.

The hotel do not provide shampoo in the bathroom. Air conditioner wasn't able to turn off. The TV had a weak signal, made watching channels difficult.

Breakfast included many options, which related very well to the price. I found the restaurant staff helpful and accommodating. There was a nice variety of food choices.

The staff were very friendly . The welcome was really good when I arrived early. Staff immediately worked to prepare the room after my arrival.
